By using The Music Library Online ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Music Licensing

All licenses purchased through the Platform grant specific usage rights as defined in the license terms. Unauthorized use outside those terms is prohibited.

4. Content Ownership

Musicians retain full ownership of their uploaded tracks. By uploading, you grant us the right to display and promote your content on the Platform.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly. License fees are processed at the time of purchase.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: upload infringing content, manipulate the platform, engage in fraud, or violate any applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
